merittsposh Hi there, cute dress! Would you please measure the bottom hem to the top of the cut out design for me? the dress is a bit long for me and I would have to hem it up 2 to 3 inches and wonder if that would cut off all of the design at the bottom or just the lowest one… Also, is there any stretch to this dress?
