There are exposed hook and eye closures down front bodice and ruffle accents down to waist. The skirt below is ruched and draped as shown, with ruffled hem. Long sheer balloon sleeves have elastic cuffs. Has a zip with hook/eye closure at back neck. Fully lined and fabric does have some stretch. Bust is 17.5”, waist is 14.5”, and length is 31”.
