NWT Bohemian Tiered Maxi Skirt

The fabric features a blend of black, orange, pink, green and yellow on a cream background. Elastic waist is 14 1/2 inches unstretched. Easily stretches another 8 inches for a comfortable fit. Three tiers and bottom ruffle. It’s constructed in a way that doesn’t add bulk around the waist and hips, but has a beautiful floaty nature to the skirt. Skirt measures 37 inches long.
