NWT Blush Pink and White Striped WINDSOR Skirt

Hi :) I am selling this super cute and brand new skirt from WINDSOR! This originally was $26.90. Tried my best to provide measurements in the pictures. It fits me really nicely and usually I would fit a small. I typically wear size 27 forever 21 jeans and size 0 dress pants from Express. Also, it doesn't say the material but it's soft! I want to say cotton, but I'm not totally sure!
