NWT Blue and white top

Sexy , sophisticated, playful, neckline with geometric cutouts attached to generous amounts of bright white fabric. Giving it great movement due to the lightweight cotton fabric. It drapes so beautifully. I swear that when I saw this top on my friend, the fabric ,or the cut, or maybe both, enhanced her breast size at least a cup size, if not more.
