NWT Blue Scrub Top

Mandala Oversized Scrub Top in size XS. I’m a true XS at height 4 ft 11 in, and this top fit more like a S/M on me. Unfortunately I can’t return it. Item is NWT and hasn’t been worn, just tried on. Would fit better on someone a bit taller as the length was too long for me.
