NWT Blue Blouse with Buttons

This is a statement piece. It's the conversation starter of your outfit. Reminiscent of a period piece, but modern enough to be rocked every day in your wardrobe. The pictures make the color a bit darker than it appears in person. Buttons down the front, large flared bell sleeves. Although this top is new with tags, it comes with a few little flaws. A couple of the button loops aren't very well secured as is one of the button coverings. Several seams leave a bit to be desired, especially one along the rifle of the sleeve. It appears there wasn't much love in the manufacturing of this piece. Hopefully that will change when you give this top a new life. All items come from a smoke-free, pet friendly home.
