NWT Blue Adrianna Papell high low formal gown with collar size 8

Gorgeous brand new Adrianna Papell high-low gown, size 8. Bought it to wear somewhere then wore something else. Been in the closet for months. Dress is fully lined, it has pockets. The collar is a more silky material than the satin of the dress and the back has a little bit of a train (if you’re on the shorter side like me)
