mamiemd @madelinekmalone Hi, sorry it took so long to get back to you. I measured the skirt. The waist will fit up to 26 inches, the hips will fit up to 36 inches and the length of the skirt is 16 inches. I hope that helps you! Thanks!

mamiemd @gwennifer Hi, I added more pictures. There is a left sided zipper to get the skirt on more easily. The waist is about 13 1/2 to 14 inches across so it would fit waist size 27 to 28. Other than that there is no stretch in the fabric or elastic. I hope that helps! Thanks!
