New with tags. Black Open Knee Lace Leggings. I have a very short torso, so the leggings go all the way up to my boobs. I like high rise, but that’s just too much lol 😂. The leggings measurements are 28.5 inch inseam, from crotch to top of waist is 11.5 inches, the waist is 12 inches.
