I bought this Satin Scarf to make my own neck tie with (I was going to cut it to the length I wanted it) but then the bride decided on a different dress so I never got around to it. Please note this does not have the halter tie!! I'll send the dress with the satin scarf but you could also maybe reach out to birdy grey for a replacement. Dress is brand new!
