NWT Band Of The Free Rainbow Open Back Top. Never worn. My daughter loved this and wanted to keep it (she's 8, tho so it didn't fit!). She wore it around the house once, and there's one very small spot which I didn't notice and, therefore, didn't treat. I think it will come out. Very pretty light yellow with a rainbow of colors. Open in the back with a tie at the bottom.
