NWT BCBGeneration Zipper Waist Dress

I purchased this on posh but it’s a bit big for me (I normally wear a size 4/6 but i loved it so was hoping I could make it work!) It’s still in perfect condition, tags and all. From a pet free and smoke free home. Note: the top and bottom do not unattach completely, but can we worn with zipper zipped or unzipped for two different looks. Questions? Leave a comment below!
