plaidandpumps @lvkeen1 Sorry for the delay... I somehow missed your comment and just realized it! I think it fits true to size, but I took waist measurement for you to be sure! It measures 13.5" unstretched and flat. With the elastic band, it can stretch another several inches. I hope that helps! Let me know if you have any other questions!

plaidandpumps @lvkeen1 No problem!! It's about 16.75" in the back. Since the front is a tulip hem, it goes shorter in the front. I measured the shortest point and it was just over 14".
