New with tags never used. This is the original release of the school backpack from a number of years ago when the bags were not quite as crunchy off the bat. The zipper on this older model glides much nicer than the newer release of this bag. This item has never been used. However, there it a very, very tiny flaw in the lower portion of 1 strap . The fabric thread somehow got bunched up when being manufactured into a strap. It is not noticeable in any way and does not affect the functionality or longevity of the bag. The bag came this way from the factory and is shown in the last pic. The color name olive is, in my opinion, not an accurate description of the true color, which is hard for me to capture. This is a gorgeous lighter shade of green almost leaning towards a sage green but not as muted and without the grayish undertones of a sage green.
