NWT BABS Cambodian Hand Crocheted Lined Clutch Bag

NWT BABS Cambodian Hand Crocheted Clutch Bag Gorgeous Green & Blue 7 1/4" x 4". Features a scalloped edge design. I bought this bag about 10 years ago I think but I was never able to use it because it was just so beautiful that I didn't want to mess it up, so it is new with tags.  The tag states:  "This bag was made by an acid burn survivor. The Cambodian Acid Survivors Charity (CASC) trains survivors, some of whom are blind as a result of the attack, to crochet these beautiful, colorful bags.  This project provides an income to survivors and helps their reintegration into society."
