Half way down sleeves the ruching start to the hem. Ruched sleeves have elastic in them that stretch & give a better fit. Tag says “This garment has been designed for an active lifestyle”. Made in Indonesia of 89% polyester 11% spandex. Armpit to armpit is 17” across front. Shoulder to hem is 22” long.
