naira2019 Thank you for your offer. However, I am kinda confused about the waistline. In the description it says 18 inches; you told me it is 13 inches (that’s why I asked if it is stretchy). Would you please clarify. Also, how wide and long is the leg? Thank you❤️

russiancora @naira2019 Hi, I said it was 17.5”. Checked again and it stretches to 18”. 13” is super small! lol

naira2019 @russiancora; ok, I took my measurements: my waistline around is 27–27.5 inches, which makes it a little bit less than 14 inches flat. I must’ve misunderstood you thinking that it is 13, and hoping that it will stretch to 14. I’m kind of surprised to see a garment size 2 with a waist line of 17.5–18 inches. I have purchased two dresses from you in the past with a waist line of 30 inches, which is 15 inches flat, and it was a little bit loose on me.

naira2019 @russiancora , I was hoping that if it is indeed 13 inches and it stretches, I would be able to squeeze myself in, but it looks like with 17.5–18 inches. It is going to be enormous size for me. I’m surprised that size 2 is that large; maybe it’s just a style. I am sorry. I really wanted it to work out.❤️🥲
