beachyboutique @wingedjill Hi, i think it's waist length.. Depending on height I suppose. It's 20" shoulder to bottom. Bust is 22" across. I don't know about the low cut.. it would fit different on everyone. It looks pretty adjustable it's like a wrap style crossover front.
