NWT Anthropologie Conditions Apply Floral Ruffle Strap Dress Medium Petite

Brand new with tags Conditions Apply floral ruffle strap dress from Anthropologie. Size medium petite. Fits true to size. Never got chance to wear and too big for me now. Bought when I was size 8 and fit great when tried in. Now I’m a 4. Gorgeous floral fabric that feels and looks like satin. It is a petite but I think it could work for normal height too. I’m only 5’1” and straps are not adjustable. I felt they were a little long for petite. They are 13” front to back. Absolutely gorgeous! I’m going to find in smaller size.
