NWT Anthropologie Chocolate Brown skirt

Chocolate is on trend for every occasion. Anthropologie has brought a unique style with this flowy skirt by adding a stretch "waistband" atop a polyester crepe bottom. While the skirt is new, there is a small snag on waistband (see pic) and priced accordingly.
