oneway68ad @dgg102 they are ankle pants. If you go to the Ann Taylor website you can see them modeled on actual models. The colors are different of course, but they are still the exact fabric content, cut, and style as the modern fit ankle pants they still sell every day.

oneway68ad @dgg102 These are not skinny pants, but they’re not boot, or even “straight” legs—they’re pencil pants—-think like in “pencil skirt.” Loft makes these as well—they call the modern fit the “Marissa” fit These are ankle pants for tall gals, and they are the perfect length for me at 6’0”—I’d be wearing them now, but I’m a 12 Tall now in AT. These are made a little better than Loft equivalents—material seems to be of more substantial quality overall. They run true to size.

dgg102 @oneway68ad wow your tall I’m 5’5 but I’ve got a 32-33” inseam so it makes things interesting. In jackets I should wear probably an 10l but they are so hard to find and I’ve got a short torso but my arms match my legs. Yeah I have the loft equivalent in 8-10 and they fit but aren’t as dressy looking so I wanted to find something similar in fit but dresser if that makes sense.
