To install your cell phone charm first remove your case from your phone then unclip the charm from the ring then place the plastic piece in your phone case and pull the ring through the opening for your charging port put the case back on your phone and clip the charm back onto the ring. When plugging in your phone charger you may need to gently pull down on the charm then snap your charger in place. On my phone the charger fits between the ring for the charm and the top edge of my phone case. Make sure your charging port is connected. Each cell phone case is different.
