NWT American Eagle Medium Floral Cold Shoulder Halter Dress

American Eagle dress with beautiful flowers. Ties at neck and has ruffle cold shoulder short sleeves. Neck can be tied to fit you so I only took the length measurement of the skirt portion of the dress. Would look so cute with a jean jacket and boots! There is a tiny hole under one of the ruffles but it’s not noticeable.
