NWT American Princess White Tulle Dress With Pearl Detailing 4T

This is a gorgeous NWT American Princess dress with a tulle skirt, illusion neckline and pearl detailing on the waist and skirt. The tulle part of the skirt is longer in the back than the front. It’s a bright white, not ivory. It’s new with tag but there’s a small mark on the armpit as shown in the last pic.
