NWT American Eagle brown plaid halter top and mini skirt matching set. Lightweight and soft, halter is cropped, tied at neck, and ties in back. Mini skirt is A line with zip closure and string belt. The cutest little set, very 90’s! Top is size large and would fit variety of sizes due to ties Skirt is size 16, IMO American Eagle runs small.
