0jenn0 @sbxoxo Hi there, laying flat the waist does measure 12" (previously posted) across, but if I remember right, it does have some good stretch. When I get home I will double check measurements for you. It's hard to say if it would be just right or too tight. I should be home in a couple of hours.

0jenn0 @sbxoxo Hi there! So laying flat the waist measurement is actually 12.5". The material does have stretch to at least 14" laying flat. It is listed as a US size 4. I can't guarantee it would fit, but if you are within those measurements, I think it will fit.
