This is a new with tags top by Altar'd State. The bodice is a ribbed cotton blend with lots of stretch. The hems have raw edges but the front neck has a turned hem. The sleeves are the ribbed cotton on the underside and the outside is sheer with embroidered flowers. I'll be listing tons of early 2000s deadstock items as well as proper vintage goods going all the way back to the 1920s.
