NWT A-line Black Taydey Women’s Skirt

This skirt in a size large is new with tags. Lightweight cotton/spandex blend for summer. Pleats dress it up a bit. A true black color despite lightness in photos. Would be cute with many solid colors or multi colored with black in it. Waist has elastic. There is a zipper and button close—two buttons so you can adjust waist. Sized as a large but waist measurement seems more like a medium. Approximate measurements: Waist from seam to seam: 16 inches Length from top of waist: 23 1/4
