NWT A’gaci Green & Navy Ruffle Dress with Pockets

New with tag jade/green and navy ruffle dress. The dress is jade green on top and navy on the bottom. It features two side pockets (fits iPhone plus) so would be perfect for days or nights you do not want to take a purse. Also, the dress has a snap button so you can adjust the amount of cleavage you want to show 😉. Size is small. Polyester and spandex.
