This dress is ready for a special evening. The top and bottom are two different fabrics. The top, a knit, has cap sleeves, seaming for interest back and front, self lined, and a back zip. The skirt is a shimmery woven, fully lined in tulip layers in front, and straight layers in the back. Size 14 measures 42 at chest, 34 at waist, 44 at hips. 41 long from shoulder to hem.
