@andimc21 hello! The actual length of the dress is 34”, but you want some give to the top part of the dress as is shown in the pics. Length in the description was from armpit to bottom. The material is 40% Elastane, 60% Rayon

@andimc21 hiiiii not silk, more like a heavier and smoother cotton like fabric to me. Almost Jersey like with less stretch. The sleeves are not oversized balloons just slightly.
