NWT ASTR the Label quality blouse. SZ Small. Boho meets office setting. Very transitional. Black and Tan dainty floral design with sweet front button detail. The blouse has a built-in black cami. The back of the top features a low cinch to create a figure flattering silhouette. Sleeves are balloon style but not overwhelming. Honestly, the pics do this blouse no justice!
