This is a beautiful cream colored matte satin blouse from Addison Parker. It is done in a Jacquard pattern in a very subtle abstract style. It is beautifully done with elastic at the ruffled sleeves and delicate smocking around the neck line both front and back. It also has a full button front, you may be able to wear this tied at the waist or wear it open over a tank top. Even though the care tag says it has 3% spandex, I would consider this a woven fabric, there is little to no stretch, but it is generously sized.
