Beautiful dress from the 1970's. It is made by Bernie Bee Sport. It is New Deadstock and comes complete with the tags still attached. This dress features a unique halter top with back straps and an attached cape. The cut is forgiving but showcases your assets beautifully. The fabric is stretchy and soft & supple. It is in excellent vintage condition with no visible stains, pulls or holes. It does have a very tiny hole on the cape which is in-between the folds so isn't visible when wearing. This dress is a vintage size 8 and looks just as wonderful as it did on the showroom floor and would look adorable restyled for anyone today. I'm guessing it's roughly a current size S/M This dress does stretch, however keep in mind to add 2-3" when comparing the measurements of the garment and the body that fits into it for a proper fit.
