This is a NWT denim skirt by Tory Burch. It is a limited edition item that retails for $428. It has a zipper and single button closure in the front. It has 3 pockets, 2 in the front and 1 in the back. The bottom hem is a raw edge. There are also two slits, 1 in the front and one on the side. In my opinion it runs a little small. I couldn't get it past the hips on my size 8 dress form but a dress form has no wiggle ability. Please check the measurements. There is no stretch in the fabric.
