New With Tags Item has only been tried on and shows no exterior signs of wear or defect. The interior side hem has a line of pin holes, not visible when on. The knotted side of the dress is open above and below the knot. I safety pinned the interior of the slits to see if I wanted to have it altered but I never followed through and removed the pins.
