Brand new with tags. 2012 A mint like color scheme with cream/white toned florals. Shades of colors may look slightly different in person. This piece is difficult to find. There are rhinestones on this piece, no way to really know if any have fallen off. I do not notice any holes nor stains. There are three rows of hook and eye closures. The strap lengths are adjustable May be some loose threads May smell like storage, which should come out once laundered.
