NWT 2000s Deadstock Tulle Brand Wrap Around Eyelet Lace Top XS-S

More deadstock from the early 2000s. This is a lightweight top by Tulle. this brand made very feminine twee clothing worn by Taylor Swift and featured on New Girl. This top is a proper wrap around top with an extra long panel on one side that wraps all the way around the waist and leaves enough for a proper bow and tail to be ties. The sleeves feature delicate eyelet lace and have a smocked elastic cuff. It is an XS but could fit a Small.
