READ It is a 2 piece outfit that includes a crop top and harem pants. The pants have a sales tag for $25.99 and the top does not have a tag but it was also $35.99. jspotboutique @1souladventurer The top is fitted but these are a stretch cotton poly blend fabric.... feels like jersey. My waist is 31 and they fit me but they could fit someone a little smaller or a little bigger because they stretch. The top is more fitted but still has some stretch.

jspotboutique @1souladventurer you could wear them at your hips instead of your waist easily because of the stretch. As long as you are around my size or smaller. I'll need to go thru my many boxes and then I can measure them for you. This is brand new and was never worn though. I only tried it on. It's really attractive for the summer too. And you could mix and match the top and bottoms.

jspotboutique @1souladventurer ok I found it. It was at the top of one storage container. The top of the pants band measures 11 inches with no stretching. The actual fabric is 96% rayon & 4% spandex. They are soft. The tag is missing from the top because I cut it off when I first bought the outfit because tags scratch at my neck but it's a small too and it feels and looks to be the same fabric and has some stretch.
