This Shein eyelet top is baby blue. The material is 65% cotton, 35% polyester. It measures 22 inches across at the waist, 25.5 inches from the neck down, and 13 inches from the waist down. The sleeve is 7 inches wide. It does not have any stretch. It is not lined, you need to wear a tank under it.
