NWT 18" Macy's Sterling Silver heart necklace with 1/4ctw natural diamonds!

This STILL HAS THE TAG! It is all sterling silver necklace and pendant! The heart pendant by itself measures about an inch long and around .78" wide. The heart has 1/4ctw of natural round cut diamonds in it! Chain is 18" long and I'm keeping the tag on it. Says it was made in India.
