NWT Emilio Pucci Belted knee-length dress Italian Size 40 ( Small ) fits sizes 4-6. Current prices ~$1,775 This dress has shades of purples and blues, with a bit of teal, white and black. It is marked a size Italian 40, normally fits a US 4, but it is a looser, straight cut style with a belt, so a US 6 (IT 42) could also wear this. This has a round neckline, the sleeves reach to the top of the elbow. There are two on-seam pockets, and loops for the belt on the sides (Picture #7). The belt is a obi-style belt, where you put the wide part in front, cross the ends in the back, then bring the ends around to the front and tie them (see Pictures #1, 2, 6). The ends of the belt have gold metal tips that are stamped "PUCCI" (Picture #8). This is made from silk crepe. Item measurements: Length from shoulder to hem 37 inches Bust, Waist, Hip - all 40 inches. We tried it on women with 33-36 inch bust and 35-38 inch hips and since this does not have set-in sleeves at the shoulders and you use the belt at the wait to make the shape, US size 4-6 or Italian size 40-42 will fit. eB: live4lv
