NWOT Waist length laid flat across is 13in.(33cm) Waist circumference is 27.5in.(70cm) The length is 17in.(43cm) Thin, flowy material. Cute casual skirt that could be worn with light colored tops, like a cream colored crop top(ooh, an alliteration😜) , or a white loose shirt. It's brand new, I have never worn it before, though it doesn't not have a tag, because I have the habit of cutting off the tags right after I buy stuff.
