mogie1963 @drjfresh hi sorry just getting to answer your questions with the wedding and being under the weather for the past few days since family left. No garter attachments and bust is 16-16 1/2 across or 32” around approximately. Measured laying flat. Length from highest peak approximately 18”. Hope this helps. Thanks again for your patience.
