NWOT open shoulder Maxi Dress size 2-4

This NWOT maxi dress combines style and comfort effortlessly. Although the tag says that is a size 2 I put a 2–4 because I think it fits like a 4 to 6 misses It has a 2 1/2 inch smocked section which is rose of soft elastic thread From back of dress top edge to the hem, it measures 50 inches I bought this for a church event in Tennessee while I was on vacation, but due to the weather, the event was canceled and never rescheduled. No smoking home
