NWOT navy flowy midi skirt, lined

NWOT Never Worn Navy blue midi skirt This is a flowy skirt with extra gores for fullness. My daughter calls it a “twirly skirt”. ;) The top fabric feels like a gauze material and the full lining feels silky. I have this exact skirt in a different size and I machine wash it on cold and hang it to dry. This was purchased this summer from Dress Barn. Waist 17 inches unstretched. (23 stretched). Length 32 inches Smoke-free, pet-free home. All offers considered. Everything must go!
