NWOT embroidered top XB

This is never been worn or washed or dried on. It’s in perfect condition. Very interesting stitching, which is what attracted me to it at first because I have never seen anything like it. Very bright neon blue green pops against the darker background. No rips, stains, stairs, issues, and smoke free home.
