NWOT circuit board 6-ring mystery notebook / cd binder

New with original plastic seal - super cool repurposed circuit board 6-ring mystery* notebook / cd binder. Looks as though the binding rings are able to pop open so you could add or remove pages if desired. *it’s a mystery which it is since I haven’t opened it. In brand new condition!
