NWOT blue floral romper

This romper is in perfect condition, it’s just too big for me. The shorts are loose so that it looks like a dress, but with the comfort of shorts. It has cap sleeves and a wrap v neckline. It has a hidden zipper in the side and panels around the waist. It’s never been worn and is really high quality. It has tiny white flowers as the pattern.
